Join us for the first yoga retreat in the serene setting of Bear Lake from September 19th to 22nd.

Our journey begins with a delightful meet-and-greet on Friday evening. We'll bond, set our intentions for the weekend, a little yin, and enjoy dinner.

We'll embark on a rejuvenating two-hour yoga session on Saturday morning, followed by a scrumptious brunch and leisure time to explore and unwind. Later, indulge in a nurturing two-hour yin practice, embracing stillness and giving your body the care it deserves. We'll then gather for a communal dinner, savoring each moment together.

Sunday mirrors the schedule of Friday, offering another opportunity for self-discovery and relaxation.

Monday morning invites us to conclude our retreat with a final meditation session, followed by a light breakfast. As we bid farewell, we carry the lessons of self-acceptance and love for our body, mind, and soul. This retreat is a grounding experience, guiding you to uncharted territories within yourself and fostering a deeper connection and appreciation for all that you are.
